13. Booking Functionality The taxi industry operates on a first available, closest vacant taxi basis and is not a guaranteed service. Events outside our control such as weather and traffic delays may affect our service levels.
14. Refund Policy We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a booking. Please note that refunds are subject to the following conditions:
• Cancellation before 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a full refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of the cancellation.

15. Cancellation Policy You have the option to cancel a booking by contacting us. Please note the following:
• To cancel a booking, please contact us via email.
• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and lost revenue.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
